  • Full-time Company's omni-channel sales and marketing strategy, including wholesale distribution and e-commerce platform development.
The position exercises independent judgment in revenue planning, pricing strategy, marketplace positioning, and customer acquisition initiatives, and reports directly to the General Manager. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Trade, E-commerce, or a related field
  • Minimum 2 years of professional experience in B2B sales, wholesale distribution, or e-commerce management
  • Experience directing marketplace channel strategy for platforms such as Amazon, Wayfair, or comparable online distribution systems
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, sales analytics tools, and digital marketing performance metrics Key Responsibilities Strategic Sales Planning Develop and implement the annual omni-channel sales and marketing strategy
  • Establish revenue targets and channel expansion initiatives
  • Design pricing frameworks and promotional structures for wholesale and online platforms Marketplace & Channel Oversight Direct and oversee the Company's presence on major online marketplaces, including Amazon, Wayfair, and other B2B platforms
  • Evaluate and approve product listing strategies, inventory allocation models, and platform positioning
  • Oversee third-party service providers or internal staff responsible for listing management and content updates Partnership & Contract Negotiation Negotiate supplier and marketplace agreements, subject to final approval by the General Manager for major contractual commitments
  • Establish performance-based marketing programs and co-branded promotional initiatives Performance Analysis & Reporting Analyze sales metrics, conversion data, customer acquisition trends, and platform analytics
  • Prepare monthly performance reports and strategic recommendations for executive review
  • Identify revenue growth opportunities and recommend new product or channel expansion initiatives Cross-Functional Coordination Coordinate with the Warehouse/Operations Manager to align inventory levels with sales forecasts
  • Provide demand projections to support procurement and supply chain planning Supervisory Responsibilities May supervise 1-3 junior sales, customer service, or e-commerce support staff as the company grows
  • Provide performance evaluations and recommend personnel actions
  • Oversee third-party marketing contractors or digital agencies, if engaged
