Full-Time The Mission Havelock Wool is expanding on its promise to make the built environment healthier, safer and higher-performing. After successfully disrupting the insulation space with nature's most advanced fiber, we are now turning our attention to the "lungs of the home." We have launched a revolutionary line of wool air filters powered by EcoStatic® technology , the only media on the market that physically captures particulate while chemically neutralizing formaldehyde and VOCs. We are seeking a dynamic Sales & Marketing Manager to own this segment. You will be responsible for building the distribution roadmap, educating the market on the benefits of wool filtration, and driving revenue across B2B and D2C channels. You will work closely with and report to our CEO. The Role As the lead for our Air Filtration segment, you will sit at the intersection of technical sales and brand storytelling. You aren't just selling a filter; you are advocating for a new standard in Indoor Air Quality (IAQ).Key Responsibilities:
Channel Distribution:
Identify, vet, and onboard regional and national HVAC distributors, healthy-home retailers, and specialized IAQ showrooms.Strategic Marketing:
Develop and execute marketing campaigns that highlight the unique "double duty" of wool filters (Particulate capture + Chemisorption of VOCs). B2B Sales:
Build and maintain relationships with high-performance builders, architects, and mechanical contractors who prioritize healthy building materials.Technical Advocacy:
Present the science of EcoStatic® wool technology to industry professionals, translating complex data into compelling sales tools.Content Collaboration:
Work with our creative team to produce "sell sheets," white papers, and digital content specifically tailored to the filtration market.Market Intelligence:
Monitor trends in the IAQ and filtration space, ensuring Havelock Wool remains at the forefront of the "Healthy Home" movement. The Ideal Candidate We are looking for a "force multiplier"—someone who has the industry experience to navigate the traditional HVAC world but the vision to see why wool is the future.Requirements:
Filtration Expertise:
5+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development specifically within the air filtration or HVAC industry.Distribution Knowledge:
A proven track record of managing distribution networks and understanding the "path to market" for residential and light commercial filtration products.IAQ Passion:
A deep understanding of Indoor Air Quality, MERV ratings, and the health implications of VOCs/Formaldehyde. The "Havelock"Mindset:
You are a self-starter who is comfortable in a remote environment and passionate about sustainable, non-toxic building materials.Communication:
