Senior Affiliate Marketing & TikTok Shop Growth Manager Axil - 2.3 Beverly Hills, CA Job Details Full-time | Contract $80,000 - $100,000 a year 1 hour ago Qualifications Teamwork Program management Influencer partnership campaigns E-commerce Relationship management Marketing analytics Instagram Full Job Description Senior Affiliate Marketing & TikTok Shop Growth Manager (Influencer Marketing Creator Partnerships Social Commerce) Position Overview We are seeking an experienced, high-level Affiliate Marketing & TikTok Shop Growth Manager to lead and scale our influencer, affiliate, and social commerce initiatives across TikTok Shop, TikTok LIVE, Instagram, Meta platforms, and other emerging creator-driven platforms. This is not an entry-level coordinator role. We are looking for someone who understands how to build and scale creator ecosystems, drive measurable revenue growth, manage influencer relationships at a high level, and execute performance-focused campaigns that convert. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with TikTok Shop operations, creator affiliate programs, live selling strategy, influencer negotiations, and performance analytics. This person should understand both brand-building and direct-response commerce and be capable of operating strategically while also executing day-to-day initiatives. This role will work cross-functionally with leadership, creative, eCommerce, paid media, and product teams to drive customer acquisition, brand visibility, and revenue growth through affiliate and creator channels. Key Responsibilities Affiliate & Influencer Program Leadership Build, manage, and scale affiliate and influencer marketing programs across TikTok Shop, Instagram, Meta platforms, and emerging social commerce platforms Recruit, vet, onboard, and manage creators, influencers, affiliates, ambassadors, and live sellers Develop scalable creator partnership strategies focused on both brand awareness and revenue generation Establish and manage affiliate commission structures, creator incentives, promotional campaigns, and partnership agreements Build long-term relationships with high-performing creators and strategic partners TikTok Shop & LIVE Commerce Management Lead TikTok Shop affiliate growth initiatives and creator activation programs Manage TikTok LIVE strategy including creator collaborations, livestream campaigns, promotions, and conversion optimization Develop initiatives to improve: GMV (Gross Merchandise Volume) Affiliate sales Creator participation Conversion rates Customer acquisition Monitor TikTok Shop trends, algorithm updates, platform tools, and emerging social commerce opportunities Coordinate product launches and promotional campaigns within TikTok Shop ecosystems Performance Marketing & Analytics Track, analyze, and optimize campaign performance across affiliate and creator channels Measure KPIs including: Revenue growth

Affiliate conversion rates Engagement Traffic Creator performance Provide reporting, strategic recommendations, and growth opportunities to leadership Identify top-performing creators and scale successful partnerships Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner closely with creative, eCommerce, paid media, and product teams to align campaign messaging and launch strategies Assist in developing creator-focused marketing initiatives and UGC strategies Coordinate product seeding, campaign calendars, discount codes, affiliate links, and creator communication Help support trade shows, events, livestream activations, and promotional launches when applicable Qualifications Required Experience 5+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, influencer marketing, creator partnerships, social commerce, or digital growth marketing Proven hands-on experience with TikTok Shop and/or TikTok LIVE commerce Strong understanding of influencer negotiations, affiliate structures, creator compensation models, and campaign management Demonstrated ability to drive measurable sales growth through creator and affiliate channels Experience managing influencer relationships, outreach campaigns, and affiliate programs at scale Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills Preferred Experience Experience within consumer products, sporting goods, lifestyle, fitness, outdoor, tech, or eCommerce brands Experience with Shopify and social commerce integrations Familiarity with Spark Ads, creator licensing, and paid amplification strategies Existing creator or influencer network relationships are a strong plus Experience managing agencies, creator networks, or affiliate platforms preferred Technical Skills TikTok Shop Seller Center TikTok Affiliate Center Shopify Affiliate marketing platforms Influencer outreach and CRM tools Excel / Google Sheets reporting Meta Business Suite Social media analytics platforms Basic understanding of paid social advertising and attribution tracking Ideal Candidate Strategic thinker with strong execution capabilities Deep understanding of creator culture and social commerce trends Highly organized and self-motivated Strong relationship builder and communicator Entrepreneurial mindset with a performance-driven approach Comfortable operating in a fast-paced growth environment Employment Structure We are open to: Full-time employment Fractional leadership Consultant or contract arrangements Hybrid or remote structures depending on experience and qualifications Compensation Compensation will be competitive and based on experience, structure, and qualifications.
