We are looking for a Senior Digital Marketing Manager who can take full ownership of digital growth strategy across SEO, paid media, and conversion optimization. This is not just an execution role—you will be responsible for shaping strategy, improving performance, and driving real revenue impact for clients and campaigns. Digital Strategy Leadership:
Own and execute full-funnel digital marketing strategies across SEO, PPC, paid social, and conversion optimization.Paid Media Management:
Plan, launch, and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns focused on lead generation, ROAS, and performance efficiency.SEO & Organic Growth:
Conduct keyword research, technical SEO audits, and implement on-page and content optimization strategies to improve rankings and traffic.Performance Analytics:
Track, analyze, and report campaign performance using GA4, Google Tag Manager, and other analytics platforms to drive data-backed decisions.Conversion Optimization:
Improve landing pages, funnels, and user journeys through A/B testing and continuous optimization.Budget Management:
Manage and allocate marketing budgets effectively to maximize ROI across multiple channels.Cross-Team Collaboration:
Work closely with creative, content, and sales teams to ensure alignment on messaging, strategy, and campaign execution.Reporting & Insights:
Present clear, actionable insights and performance reports to stakeholders and leadership.What We Are Looking For:
Experience:
4+ years in digital marketing, performance marketing, or growth marketing roles, ideally in an agency or multi-campaign environment.Technical Skills:
Strong experience with SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, GA4, and conversion tracking tools.Performance Focus:
Proven ability to improve ROI, lead generation, and campaign efficiency through data-driven decisions.Analytical Thinking:
Comfortable working with data, identifying trends, and turning insights into action.Communication Skills:
Able to clearly explain performance, strategy, and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Mindset:
You are proactive, detail-oriented, and focused on measurable outcomes. You understand when to test, iterate, and scale what works.Pay:
