You would be the founding hire in our Nocatee office, working directly with our founder, who lives here too. That means no layers between you and the person setting the vision, and real influence over how this office grows. A word about who we are right now. Mabbly has been an agency for over a decade, but in the past year we have rebuilt ourselves to operate like a startup. We run our entire business on Claude, Claude Cowork, and Notion. We build our own internal AI agents. We automate anything that should not require a human. The agency model is changing faster than most agencies want to admit, and we decided to be the ones changing it.

The Senior Digital Marketing Manager is part strategist, part practitioner. You own Paid and Organic digital marketing across client accounts, deliver presentations and growth recommendations directly to clients, and drive AI enabled automation, QAQC, and profitability across our Digital Studio.
What You Will Do:
Strategy and Client Leadership Serve as the primary digital strategist for 4 accounts, setting channel strategies (SEO, GEO, paid, content) tied to MQLs, SQLs, and revenue goals. Lead client presentations, performance reviews, and roadmap updates, translating campaign data into business insights. Confidently represent Mabbly's AI forward point of view to clients, including how AI search (ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, AI Overviews) is reshaping organic visibility and what it means for their strategy. Partner with our Brand, Product, and Strategy teams in Chicago to keep messaging, creative, and web builds aligned. Team Management and Delivery Oversee daily execution of our Paid Lead and Organic Lead, ensuring campaigns are on time, high quality, and aligned to client KPIs.
Stay hands on:
build and manage campaigns directly in Google Ads, Meta, and LinkedIn when needed. This is not a delegate only role. Support team members with campaign planning, QAQC, and troubleshooting. Manage freelance resources for technical SEO, CRO, and other specialized needs. Coach team members in digital best practices, AI tool adoption, client communication, and analytical thinking. AI, Automation and Process Improvement Use Claude, Claude Cowork, Notion, and other AI tools daily to accelerate research, strategy, reporting, and campaign analysis. Help build, train, and improve Mabbly's internal AI agents, like automated account health monitoring and weekly performance summaries. Yes, we actually build these. You will too. Identify workflows ripe for automation (reporting, audits, QAQC, competitive research) and implement AI driven solutions that free the team for higher value work. Establish and maintain QAQC processes for dashboards, reporting, and client deliverables. Run pulse checks between reporting cycles and recommend optimizations before the client asks. Who You AreLeadership and Strategy 4 to 10+ years in digital marketing with expertise across SEO, paid media, and analytics. 2+ years leading teams and client relationships, ideally in an agency setting. Proven ability to present strategy and performance to executives and C suite stakeholders (preferred). Strong analytical mindset connecting campaign data to pipeline and revenue impact.
Demonstrated AI fluency:
you actively use LLM tools (Claude, ChatGPT, or similar) in your daily workflow and can point to concrete efficiency or quality gains. Experience with Claude Cowork, Claude Code, MCPs, or building AI agents and automations is a strong plus. Genuine curiosity about where AI is taking the agency model, and the drive to experiment, test, and adopt rather than wait. Comfort with ambiguity and pace. We are building this office from scratch and rebuilding the agency at the same time. You should find that energizing. Tools Google Ads (Search, Display, Video, Performance Max): audience setup, campaign optimization, reporting.
Paid social:
LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram). Pinterest and programmatic (StackAdapt) a plus.
SEO stack:
Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs (Screaming Frog a plus).
GEO/AEO familiarity:
how to measure and improve brand visibility in AI generated answers. GA4, Looker Studio, Google Tag Manager for tracking and reporting.
AI toolkit:
real experience with Claude, Claude Cowork, or comparable tools for research, content, reporting, and workflow automation. Strong data interpretation skills, able to distill insights for both internal teams and clients.
