$100,000 - $120,000 DOE About the Role Geneva Financial is seeking an innovative, high-performing Senior Director of Digital Marketing & AI Content to lead the next evolution of our marketing strategy, digital presence, and AI-powered content initiatives. This is not a traditional marketing role. We are looking for a proven marketing leader who has successfully managed teams, executed large-scale digital campaigns, and thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. The ideal candidate combines strategic leadership with hands-on execution and has a passion for leveraging emerging AI technologies to transform marketing, video production, recruiting, and customer engagement. A major focus of this role will be the creation and deployment of AI-generated marketing videos, personalized content, automated campaigns, and scalable digital strategies that support both consumer direct and distributed retail mortgage sales nationwide. Key Responsibilities Lead and mentor the digital marketing team while fostering a culture of creativity, accountability, speed, and innovation. Develop and execute enterprise-level digital marketing strategies aligned with company growth goals. Partner with executive leadership, sales leadership, recruiting, and operations teams on strategic initiatives. Lead the development of AI-generated marketing videos for recruiting, consumer marketing, social media, sales enablement, and brand awareness. Utilize AI platforms and emerging technologies to create scalable, personalized, and engaging video content. Oversee and optimize paid media campaigns across Google, Facebook/Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and emerging platforms. Oversee website strategy, landing page optimization, SEO initiatives, and lead capture performance. Manage marketing automation strategies within Total Expert and other CRM platforms. Develop dashboards, reporting, and executive-level insights around KPIs, campaign ROI, lead quality, and engagement metrics. Ensure all marketing initiatives remain compliant with mortgage and financial services regulations including TCPA, RESPA, and fair lending requirements. Qualifications 7+ years of digital marketing experience, preferably in mortgage, real estate, financial services, or related industries. Prior experience leading and managing marketing teams. Proven success executing multi-channel digital marketing campaigns at scale. Strong experience with AI-generated content and video creation platforms. Experience with marketing automation, CRM systems, and campaign analytics. Deep understanding of paid media, SEO, website optimization, and social media strategy. Strong understanding of mortgage marketing compliance and regulatory requirements. Exceptional communication, leadership, organizational, and project management skills.
