Senior Manager, Journey Production Position Spotlight:

In this role, you will be based in our Americas head office in Lone Tree, CO. This role is hybrid, requiring you to be in the office 3 days per week minimum, with 2 days per week working from home. Your success in this role is measured by engaging our customers and professionals, driving revenue and building brand loyalty. Work collaboratively with key stakeholders on related aspects of integrations (Salesforce), Marketo integrations via SOAP and REST APIs, database health, and new initiatives. Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, build and execute cross-channel communications, campaigns and nurture programs in a flexible and timely manner.
  • Manage set-up and configuration of data-driven campaigns ensuring deliverability on time and within compliance standard.
  • Establishing a range of automated marketing campaigns based on a set of criteria.
  • Reviewing existing marketing campaigns across the business and automating where appropriate.
  • Provide a problem solving and determination when 'point of escalation' to platform owner(s) marketing platform team is needed for technical support or QA.

Minimum:
  • 10+ years Hands on experience in deploying and managing a Salesforce, Marketo marketing automation instance (or enterprise marketing automation platform) at the global,enterprise, level (campaigns, programs, nurture programs, lead scoring, routing, best practices, and success / reporting metrics)
  • 3+ years people management experience in a fast-paced setting
  • Expert in landing page user experience and optimization strategies
  • Experience working with Salesforce.com (SFDC)
  • Good understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
  • Superior project management and organization skills with high level of attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and within a team environment
  • Self-motivated, able to plan work effort and manage to schedule and prioritize
  • Hands-on Marketo experience in an advanced/admin capacity, Marketo certified preferred
  • Innovative thinker, creative problem solver
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate, build consensus, and communicate your ideas

Pay Range in the
United States:
$142,000 - $150,000 based upon experience, as well as an annual bonus opportunity of 15% of base salary. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
