Job Description

Position Overview Maverick Dental Laboratories is seeking a strategic, growth-oriented Senior Marketing Manager to guide the vision, direction, and performance of the marketing team. This role contributes to marketing strategies, performance management, and team leadership—ensuring all initiatives drive measurable impact on clinician acquisition, case volume, and revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership & Planning
  • Co-create and own the company's overarching marketing strategy aligned with revenue and growth targets
  • Strategic planning across core service lines (crowns, bridges, implants, removable, anterior aesthetics, burs)
  • Identify market opportunities, competitive positioning, and expansion strategies
  • Set clear marketing objectives, KPIs, and performance benchmarks
  • Manage production team and agency relationships Demand Generation Oversight
  • Direct multi-channel demand generation strategy across digital channels, events, partnerships, and referral channels
  • Ensure consistent pipeline generation and clinician acquisition across key markets
  • Guide account-based marketing (ABM) strategies targeting high-value practices, GPOs and additional opportunities
  • Oversee campaign architecture and segmentation strategy, delegating execution to team and agencies Digital Analytics & Performance Optimization
  • Own end-to-end marketing performance measurement across all digital and offline channels
  • Lead analysis of campaign performance, funnel conversion rates, and customer behavior
  • Strategically adjust campaigns, channel mix, targeting, and contact strategies based on performance data
  • Manage dashboards and reporting cadences to inform executive decision-making
  • Continuously optimize customer acquisition cost (CAC), lifetime value (LTV), and ROI Brand & Market Positioning
  • Steward Maverick Lab as a relationship-driven laboratory partner for clinicians and staff, with a clear focus on quality and digital dentistry leadership
  • Steward the Maverick Bur brand as premium performance instruments
  • Ensure consistency across messaging, content, and visual identity
  • Guide content strategy focused on clinician education, outcomes, and differentiation. Sales & Leadership Alignment
  • Partner with sales leadership to align marketing strategy with revenue goals
  • Manage lead performance, segmentation, and lifecycle marketing strategies
  • Oversee CRM and analytics ecosystem (e.g., Salesforce) to ensure accurate attribution and reporting
  • Provide data-driven insights to support sales performance and market expansion. Team Leadership & Development
  • Guide, mentor, and scale marketing team
  • Manage agency and vendor performance to ensure alignment with strategic goals
  • Ensure efficient deployment of internal and external resources
  • Foster a culture of accountability, insight-driven decision-making, and continuous improvement Budget & Resource Allocation
  • Manage marketing budget and allocation based on ROI and growth priorities
  • Evaluate channel and campaign investments through a performance lens Qualifications Required
  • 8-12+ years of marketing experience with 4+ years in a management role
  • Proven success managing a data-driven marketing strategy in B2B healthcare, dental, medical device, or similar industries
  • Strong expertise in digital channels, marketing analytics, attribution models, and performance optimization
  • Experience managing CRM and marketing technology ecosystems (Salesforce preferred)
  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams and drive results through others
  • Strong strategic, analytical, and decision-making skills Preferred
  • Familiarity with dental lab capabilities, restorations and digital dentistry ecosystems
  • Experience marketing to dentists, specialists, GPOs Key Competencies
