Attention Grabbing Media is looking for an experienced Senior Marketplace Performance Manager to manage, optimize, and scale Shopify and Amazon client accounts. This role is ideal for a data-driven e-commerce professional who understands marketplace growth, product performance, catalog optimization, conversion strategy, and online revenue management. The Senior Marketplace Performance Manager will be responsible for overseeing multiple client stores or brands, improving product listings, supporting product launches, coordinating promotions and inventory updates, analyzing performance reports, and identifying opportunities to increase revenue across key e-commerce channels. Experience with Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, Amazon PPC, analytics, and conversion optimization is essential. COMPANY SUMMARY

Manage and optimize Shopify and Amazon client accounts to improve sales performance and account growth. Oversee product listings, catalog organization, marketplace compliance, and conversion optimization. Support product launches, promotional planning, inventory coordination, and reporting. Analyze marketplace and e-commerce data to identify opportunities for revenue growth. Collaborate with internal teams to execute growth strategies across assigned client accounts. Manage multiple stores or brands while maintaining accuracy, organization, and attention to detail. Improve account retention by supporting consistent performance, reporting, and strategic recommendations. Drive marketplace performance through testing, optimization, and ongoing analysis. COMPETENCIES
Strong experience with Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, and e-commerce analytics. Knowledge of Amazon PPC, product listing optimization, catalog management, and conversion rate optimization. Ability to manage inventory, promotions, reporting, and online sales performance across multiple accounts. Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication, organization, and project management skills. Strategic mindset with strong attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple stores or brands in a fast-paced agency environment. Experience supporting revenue growth, account retention, and marketplace expansion. English fluency required; Spanish is preferred. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
No college degree is required. Previous agency experience is a plus but not required. 3+ years of experience in e-commerce management is required. Experience with Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, Amazon PPC, e-commerce analytics, product launches, conversion optimization, and online sales management is expected. Agency-side e-commerce management experience and experience handling multiple stores or brands are highly desirable. Preferred certifications include:
