Job Description

Are you passionate about creating compelling digital narratives and engaging audiences across multiple platforms? We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Social Media and Marketing Manager to lead our online presence and elevate our brand visibility. In this role, you will craft innovative marketing strategies, manage social media channels, and develop captivating content that resonates with diverse audiences. Your expertise will drive brand awareness, foster community engagement, and support our overall marketing objectives through creative storytelling and data-driven insights. Develop and execute comprehensive social media marketing strategies across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok to increase brand engagement and reach. Create, curate, and manage high-quality content including graphics, videos, photography, blog posts, and promotional materials using Adobe Creative Suite tools like Photoshop and Illustrator. Monitor social listening tools to gauge audience sentiment, identify trends, and respond promptly to customer inquiries or feedback. Implement SEO best practices and conduct keyword research to optimize content for search engines, enhancing online visibility. Manage paid advertising campaigns on Facebook Advertising and other digital channels to maximize ROI. Analyze web analytics using Google Analytics and web analytics tools to measure campaign performance and inform future strategies. Oversee relationship management with influencers, media outlets, partners, and community members to strengthen brand reputation. Coordinate with cross-functional teams on branding initiatives, product launches, e-commerce promotions, and public relations efforts. Utilize social media management tools like Hootsuite and Buffer for scheduling posts, tracking engagement metrics, and maintaining consistent communication. Proofread all content for accuracy, clarity, and brand consistency before publication. Stay updated on the latest trends in digital marketing, social media algorithms, new platforms, and emerging technologies to keep our strategies innovative. Responsible for lead generation strategy and implementation Proven experience in social media management and digital marketing with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns. Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite for content creation. Solid understanding of SEO principles, keyword research techniques, and web analytics tools like Google Analytics. Hands-on experience with social listening tools and social media management platforms including Hootsuite and Buffer. Knowledge of Facebook Advertising campaigns along with experience in video editing and photography to produce engaging multimedia content. Excellent communication skills with an eye for detail; ability to proofread effectively while maintaining brand voice. Strong relationship management skills to collaborate with influencers, media contacts, vendors, and internal teams. Familiarity with e-commerce platforms is a plus for supporting online sales initiatives. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
