• Miami • Contractor (1099) This is a contractor role. It requires in-person presence at the club and events, as well as participation in scheduled team meetings both online and on-site.
ABOUT ACE PADEL ACE PADEL
is a new kind of sports club, built as much around community as it is around the game. Our first club opens in Coconut Grove, Miami in summer 2026, followed by Denver in fall 2026. Los Angeles and Dallas are set to open in 2027, marking the first four confirmed

locations as we expand nationally. We are shaped by three cultures: Swedish trust, Spanish warmth, and American momentum. Service is our sport. Everything we put out into the world — on the courts, in the lounge, and online — should feel like that.
THE ROLE
This is a founding social media and marketing role. You are not stepping into something already built. You are helping create it. In the months before the first club opens, the focus is on building the marketing strategy, growing our audience in Miami, and creating real anticipation. Once the doors open, you shift to being on the ground, capturing live content, covering events, and turning everyday ACE moments into content people actually want to share. With a second club opening just a few months after Miami, you also need to think about how the strategy scales. What carries over, what needs to adapt, and how both clubs stay true to the brand while feeling local. This role owns social and marketing fully. It is strategic, creative, and hands-on in equal measure.
SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITY
Overall marketing strategy and campaign direction across both club openings and beyond Social media planning and execution across all active platforms Lead coordination with external photographers, videographers, and creative partners to ensure high-quality content execution aligned with brand standards, campaign objectives, and event coverage needs. Content production with a focus on reels, stories and short form Daily publishing, engagement, and community interaction Visual consistency and brand integrity across all digital channels Monthly performance tracking and reporting Real-time event coverage and digital storytelling Creative direction for social and marketing assets Partnerships and brand activations in collaboration with leadership
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Content Planning and Production Build and execute the content calendar together with leadership Plan and deliver content across tournaments, events, membership growth, academy programming, and brand partnerships Capture and edit original content with a Reels-first mindset, adapted for LinkedIn where relevant Keep a strong and consistent visual identity across Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn Maintain a structured digital content archive that is easy to navigate and use Creative Direction and Brand Alignment Brief the design team clearly when assets are needed, covering copy direction, visual references, and messaging Make sure all final deliverables meet platform best practices and feel right for ACE Coordinate with external photographers and videographers on shot lists, visual direction, event objectives, and delivery timelines Prioritize creative needs based on what is coming up in the content calendar and at the club Social Media Execution and Daily Management Schedule and publish content consistently across all platforms Monitor and respond to DMs, comments, and tags every day Repost user-generated content and engage with members, players, partners, and local businesses Support WhatsApp group communications with the community when needed Optimize content per platform because what works on TikTok is not what works on LinkedIn Event Coverage and On-Site Presence Show up to key tournaments, activations, and community events as part of the regular job Capture live content on-site and post Stories and Reels in real time Lead the digital presence at events and make sure the energy of the club translates online Deliver strong post-event content that keeps the moment alive after the day is over Evening and weekend availability required for event coverage Growth, Analytics and Reporting Track and report quarterly KPIs including engagement rate, reach, impressions, saves, shares, and follower growth Deliver quarterly performance summaries with honest recommendations on what to change and what to keep Spot trends and opportunities early and act on them quickly
TOOLS AND WAYS OF WORKING
Notion or similar for content planning and task tracking Platform-native or approved scheduling tools for publishing Google Workspace or Microsoft Office for reporting Canva and mobile editing tools for quick-turn content Comfortable shooting and editing on iPhone in live, fast-moving environments
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Two to four years of experience in social media management, short-form content creation, and community management. Experience in sports, hospitality, fitness, or lifestyle brands is a strong plus. Knowledge of racquet sports culture is highly preferred. Equally comfortable writing the strategy and shooting the content yourself Strong creative eye with a real sense for visual storytelling and brand Organized, self-directed, and accountable without needing to be chased Calm and sharp in fast-paced, live environments Clear communicator with internal teams, brand partners, and external vendors English required. Spanish is a plus. Based in Miami ahead of the summer 2026 opening
