This role is perfect for a self-starter who loves local craft food/beverage culture and excels at building brand awareness, managing digital content, and executing localized marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities Social Media Management:
Create, schedule, and analyze engaging content across Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok to highlight our distillery, cocktail parlour, and products.
Campaign Execution:
Plan and execute marketing campaigns surrounding product launches, seasonal menus, and local events.
Community Engagement:
Interact with followers, local influencers, and regional partners to foster brand loyalty.
Local Event Support:
Help promote and coordinate details for tastings, tours, and special events at the Hartford locations. Qualifications Proven experience as a Marketing Manager, Digital Strategist, or similar role. Strong understanding of social media algorithms, content creation tools (like Canva), and email marketing. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Knowledge of or passion for the craft beverage/hospitality industry is a major plus.
