About Us Royalty DFW is one of the leading streetwear and sneaker destinations in the DFW area, carrying premium fashion, footwear, and lifestyle brands across multiple retail locations. We're looking for a creative and motivated Social Media Manager who understands streetwear culture, trends, and how to create engaging content that helps grow a strong brand presence online. Job Overview We are looking for someone who can consistently create high-quality content and bring fresh ideas to our social media platforms. This is a hybrid position where you will visit our store locations weekly to shoot content, then edit and schedule posts remotely. The ideal candidate is creative, organized, trend-aware, and experienced in social media content creation, photography, videography, and editing. Responsibilities Create consistent content for Instagram and TikTok Post 2-3 pieces of content per day across platforms Film and edit reels, TikToks, product videos, and lifestyle content Take high-quality product and in-store photography Create engaging captions, story posts, and promotional content Develop new content ideas and marketing strategies to help grow the brand Stay up to date with current social media trends, sounds, and streetwear culture Visit Royalty DFW store locations weekly to gather enough content for scheduled posting Coordinate with management on launches, promotions, giveaways, and events Maintain a consistent visual identity and branding style Help increase engagement, reach, and overall social media growth Provide weekend coverage when needed during busy days, launches, or special events Requirements Experience managing Instagram and TikTok accounts professionally Strong skills in video editing and photography Experience using editing software/apps such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut, CapCut, Photoshop, Lightroom, etc. Understanding of viral content and social media algorithms Ability to work independently and meet posting deadlines consistently Strong communication and organizational skills Must have reliable transportation to travel between store locations Must be comfortable being on camera or around camera when needed for content creation Knowledge of streetwear, sneakers, fashion, and current culture/trends is highly preferred Weekend availability preferred for content coverage during peak traffic days and events Preferred Qualifications Experience growing social media pages organically Graphic design experience Experience running paid ads or boosting content Ability to work with influencers, models, and brand ambassadors Portfolio or examples of previous work/content creation required Benefits Employee discounts on products and apparel Flexible schedule Opportunity to grow with a fast-growing streetwear company Creative work environment with access to exclusive product releases and events Job Type Hybrid Position Part-Time or Full-Time Available Flexible schedule depending on content needs What We're Looking For We want someone creative who can help push the image of Royalty DFW to the next level and make our social media stand out in the streetwear space.
