Social Media & Marketing Manager Geotech Media Remote / Hybrid /
In-Person Pay:
$800.00 - $1,500.00 per week Full-Time / Part-Time / Contract Opportunities Available Social Media & Marketing Manager Geotech Media is looking for a highly organized, creative, and results-driven Social Media & Marketing Manager to help manage and grow client brands across YouTube and social media platforms. This position goes beyond simply posting content. You will work directly with clients to build strategy, manage campaigns, grow audiences, organize deliverables, and oversee content execution from start to finish. The ideal candidate understands both the creative and operational sides of digital marketing and can confidently manage multiple client accounts while producing measurable growth. If you have experience growing social channels, managing client relationships, and creating organized marketing systems, we want to hear from you. Responsibilities Build, launch, and grow client YouTube channels and social media accounts Manage content across platforms including YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and others Develop marketing and content strategies tailored to each client's brand and audience Create and maintain organized content calendars and posting schedules Upload and optimize YouTube content including titles, descriptions, tags, playlists, and thumbnails Write captions, hooks, calls-to-action, and marketing copy Monitor analytics and track campaign performance across platforms Recommend improvements based on engagement, reach, retention, and audience growth Communicate professionally with clients regarding timelines, deliverables, and campaign progress Manage multiple client accounts and keep projects moving efficiently Coordinate with editors, designers, videographers, and internal team members Ensure campaigns stay organized and deadlines are consistently met Requirements Experience managing and growing YouTube channels Experience managing social media accounts for businesses or clients Strong understanding of YouTube optimization, channel growth, and content strategy Strong knowledge of social media marketing and digital branding Ability to manage multiple projects and client accounts simultaneously Excellent communication and client management skills Organized, detail-oriented, and dependable Strong writing and marketing copy skills Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and solve problems quickly Understanding of both short-form and long-form content strategy Preferred Qualifications Background working in a media, marketing, or content agency environment Experience using YouTube Studio and social media analytics platforms Experience helping brands grow through video and social content Familiarity with branding, audience targeting, and digital marketing strategy Experience coordinating content production and managing deliverables Ideal Candidate You are proactive, strategic, organized, and creative. You understand how to build brands online, grow audiences, manage client expectations, and execute marketing campaigns that produce real results. You thrive in fast-moving environments and can confidently balance creativity with organization and accountability.
