Role Overview:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to join our team. This role will play a key part in connecting Shark Fin Shears with our external marketing team, driving promotional efforts across various digital platforms, created posts from content provided by stylists, and upholding our brand across all social media platforms we use. If you're organized, creative, and excited to contribute to a growing brand, we want to hear from you! Key Responsibilities Support the Marketing team in executing and tracking multi-channel marketing campaigns, including social media, content, email/sms and digital advertising. Stay current on industry trends and marketing best practices, providing insights to the marketing team for continuous improvement. Assist in content creation for various channels, including social media posts, digital advertising and website updates. Organic Social Assist social media manager with content scheduling and publishing across Shark Fin Shears' social channels (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Youtube). Engage with our online community by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries. Collaborate with the marketing team to align on campaign strategies and goals across paid platforms, including Google Ads, YouTube, TikTok, and paid social media (e.g., Facebook, Instagram). Brand Ambassador Management Recruit, onboard, and manage Shark Fin Shears brand ambassadors. Build relationships with ambassadors, providing them with resources, guidance, and support to effectively promote the brand. Track ambassador activities and performance, ensuring alignment with marketing goals. Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor strategies, and opportunities for growth. Help manage relationships with vendors, agencies, and partners to support marketing activities.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience). 1+ year experience required Strong interest in digital marketing, social media, and brand management. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively and proactively within a team.
