Job Description

A leading consumer products company is hiring a Social Media & Growth Marketing Manager to join their remote team. Our client specializes in digital marketing and influencer collaborations. This is a permanent position requiring remote work outside the region. The application deadline for this role is 6/28/2026.
Social & Growth Marketing Manager Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategies for organic social media engagement across multiple platforms. Oversee content planning, creation, and publication aligned with brand initiatives and product launches. Manage relationships with influencers and creators, including partnerships and content collaborations. Integrate social media and creator activities into larger marketing campaigns to boost demand. Lead and supervise team members responsible for content, seeding, and community engagement.
Social & Growth Marketing Manager Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, with 5+ years in digital marketing or social media management. Proven ability in creating and executing social media strategies and managing influencer ecosystems. Strong understanding of digital marketing fundamentals related to engagement and traffic generation. Experience leading teams and collaborating across departments and external agencies.
