Social Media & Marketing Manager NouBon 669 Acorn St, Deer Park, NY 11729 Hybrid work From $20 an hour - Part-time, Full-time, Internship From $20 an hour - Part-time, Full-time, Internship About NouBon NouBon is a small-batch Caribbean-inspired snack and peanut butter brand rooted in bold, authentic flavors. We create products that bring the vibrant tastes of the Caribbean to everyday life. We're growing fast and looking for a creative, driven individual to help us build our brand and community from the ground up. Role Overview We're looking for a passionate Social Media & Marketing Manager to lead our online presence, create compelling content, and help drive sales and brand growth. This person will be the voice of NouBon online and will play a key role in building our community, executing marketing campaigns, and supporting wholesale and retail sales efforts. What You'll Do Social Media Management (Primary) Own and manage NouBon's presence across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest, and YouTube Plan, schedule, and publish content consistently using tools like Later Monitor performance metrics and adjust strategy based on insights Stay current on trends, sounds, and formats relevant to food, CPG, and Caribbean culture Content Creation Shoot and edit photo and video content for social media, including Reels and short-form video Write engaging captions that reflect NouBon's confident, bold brand voice Collaborate on product photography and lifestyle shoots Develop content calendars aligned with product launches, seasons, and campaigns Community Coordination Respond to comments, DMs, and reviews across all platforms Build relationships with followers, UGC creators, and brand advocates Coordinate with influencers and gifting campaigns Represent NouBon authentically and consistently in every interaction Sales & Marketing Assist with email marketing campaigns via Klaviyo Support wholesale outreach and follow-up with retail buyers Help prepare sell sheets, media kits, and pitch materials Assist with Meta/Facebook ad campaigns and paid social strategy Participate in local markets, pop-ups, and trade show prep as needed Operations (Light) Help coordinate order fulfillment and customer communication as needed Assist with general administrative tasks to keep things running smoothly What We're Looking For 1 to 3 years of experience in social media, content creation, or marketing (CPG or food/bev a plus) Strong eye for aesthetics and storytelling Comfortable on camera and behind the camera Proficient in video editing tools (CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or similar) Familiarity with Instagram, TikTok, and scheduling platforms Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, small business environment Genuine love for Caribbean culture and bold flavors is a big plus Nice to Have Experience with Klaviyo, Shopify, or Later Background in influencer coordination or UGC campaigns Wholesale or retail sales experience Why NouBon Be part of a growing brand from the ground up Creative freedom and real ownership of your work Flexible, collaborative work environment Opportunity to grow with the brand
