We are passionate about providing our customers with an elevated, welcoming experience and high-quality products. As we expand our presence, we are looking for a strategic, creative Social Media Marketing Manager to own our brand voice online, drive real growth, and connect with our communities across both markets. We are seeking an experienced and self-motivated Social Media Marketing Manager to lead all aspects of Stairway Dispensaries' social media marketing strategy and execution. This is a hands-on role with strategic responsibility — you will plan campaigns, create and publish content, manage paid social, analyze performance, and keep our brand relevant and compliant across all platforms. This position is open to full-time, part-time, or contract arrangements. Partial remote work is welcomed; periodic on-site visits to our Branson and Blue Springs locations will be required for content creation and brand alignment. Strategy & Campaign Management Develop and own the overall social media marketing strategy aligned with business goals for both locations Build and manage monthly content calendars across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, X (Twitter), Google Business, and emerging platforms Plan and execute promotional campaigns for product launches, sales events, holidays, and seasonal initiatives Identify growth opportunities through audience insights, competitive analysis, and platform trend monitoring Content Creation & Publishing Produce high-quality photo, video, Reel, Story, and short-form video content highlighting products, promotions, staff, and dispensary culture Write compelling, on-brand captions, ad copy, and hashtag strategies tailored to each platform Coordinate and conduct on-site content shoots at Branson and Blue Springs as needed Maintain a consistent brand voice, aesthetic, and tone across all channels Paid Social & Performance Plan, execute, and optimize paid social campaigns (Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, boosted posts) to drive traffic and conversions Track and report on KPIs including reach, engagement rate, follower growth, click-through rate, and ROI Use analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, native platform insights, Google Analytics) to inform and adjust strategy Present regular performance summaries and recommendations to management Community & Reputation Monitor and respond to comments, DMs, and reviews across platforms in a timely, brand-aligned manner Foster relationships with followers, local community members, and cannabis-friendly influencers or partners Manage and optimize Google Business Profiles for both dispensary locations Compliance Stay current on Federal and Missouri cannabis advertising laws and platform-specific policies for cannabis-related content Ensure all content, ads, and promotions meet state regulatory requirements and age-gating rules Collaborate with management to review and approve content as required by compliance standards Preferred Qualifications Experience in social media marketing, digital marketing, or a related role Demonstrated ability to grow and engage audiences across Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok Strong content creation skills: photography, short-form video, and basic editing (Reels, TikToks, Stories) Experience with paid social advertising (Meta Ads Manager or similar platforms) Proficiency with social media management and scheduling tools (e.g., Later, Hootsuite, Buffer, Meta Business Suite) Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret analytics and translate insights into action Excellent written communication, copywriting, and storytelling skills Highly organized, self-directed, and able to manage multiple priorities independently Must be 21+ years of age Knowledge of or experience in the cannabis industry — understanding of products, culture, and customer base is a strong plus Familiarity with Missouri cannabis advertising regulations and cannabis-specific platform restrictions Graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe Express, Photoshop, or similar) Experience with SEO, email marketing, or multi-location brand management Located in or familiar with the Branson or Blue Springs, MO markets
