Job Description
Join our team as a Sr. Associate Brand Manager and lead the development and execution of key marketing initiatives across our ice cream portfolio. In this hybrid role, you will drive brand strategy, partner cross-functionally, and deliver growth through impactful marketing programs and new product innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
Support and execute comprehensive brand strategies aligned to business goals
Develop consumer and shopper communications (advertising, packaging, promotions, PR, digital, and social)
Manage day-to-day relationships with agency partners (advertising, packaging, PR, digital)
Lead cross-functional teams (marketing, sales, operations) to drive flawless execution
Partner with sales on market- and account-level programs
Use data and insights to inform pricing, merchandising, and competitive strategy
Drive new product development from concept to commercialization
Support marketing budget management, ROI tracking, and reporting
Optimize portfolio plans to achieve sales, share, and profit objectives
Bring ideas to life creating and delivering compelling presentations to internal and external stakeholders. Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field (or equivalent experience)
5-8 years of experience in brand marketing, category management, sales, or related roles
Proven experience in new product launch/commercialization
Strong analytical, cross-functional leadership, and project management skills
Ability to travel up to 15%
