Position Overview Blue Yonder Defense Solutions is seeking a strategic and results-oriented Senior Director of Marketing to lead and scale our marketing function. The Senior Director of Marketing is responsible for developing and executing an integrated marketing strategy that drives brand awareness, demand generation, customer engagement, and revenue growth. This leader will oversee marketing operations, integrated campaigns, events, competitive positioning, and sales enablement, ensuring alignment with business objectives and go-to-market priorities. This role requires a balance of strategic leadership and hands-on execution, with a strong focus on data-driven decision-making and cross-functional collaboration. What You'll Do Marketing Strategy & Leadership Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned to company growth objectives and product roadmap Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing marketing team across multiple disciplines Partner with executive leadership to define brand positioning and market differentiation Establish KPIs and performance metrics to measure marketing effectiveness and ROI Marketing Operations Oversee marketing technology stack (CRM, automation tools, analytics platforms) to drive efficiency and scalability Manage budget planning, forecasting, and resource allocation Implement processes to improve campaign execution, lead management, and reporting accuracy Ensure data integrity and alignment with sales operations Integrated Campaigns & Demand Generation Design and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive pipeline and revenue growth Align closely with sales to ensure lead quality, conversion, and pipeline acceleration Optimize digital marketing efforts including paid media, SEO/SEM, content marketing, and ABM strategies Leverage data insights to continuously improve campaign performance Competitive Positioning & Product Marketing Define and articulate clear, differentiated messaging and value propositions Lead competitive intelligence efforts to inform positioning, pricing, and go-to-market strategies Partner with product and sales teams to align messaging with customer needs and market trends Sales Enablement Develop tools, content, and training programs to support the sales organization Ensure consistent messaging and positioning across all customer touchpoints Support product launches with enablement materials, playbooks, and internal communications Events & Field Marketing Develop and lead global event strategy, including trade shows, customer events, and industry conferences Drive event ROI through pipeline generation and customer engagement Partner with sales to maximize field marketing impact and regional engagement What we are looking for Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred) 10+ years of progressive marketing experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role Experience in B2B SaaS, preferably in supply chain, logistics, or enterprise software Experience in government contracting strongly preferred Proven track record of driving demand generation and revenue growth Strong understanding of marketing operations, analytics, and marketing technology Experience leading integrated campaigns across digital and offline channels Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills Ability to operate strategically while maintaining executional excellence in a fast-paced environment Key Competencies Strategic thinking and business acumen Data-driven decision-making Cross-functional collaboration Customer-centric mindset Executive presence and influence Change leadership and adaptability What Success Looks Like Increased pipeline generation and marketing-attributed revenue Strong alignment between marketing, sales, and product teams Improved brand recognition and market positioning Scalable and efficient marketing operations High-performing, engaged marketing team

•The salary range for this position is $152,311.00 USD to 197,689.00 USD The salary range information provided, reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual salary will be commensurate with skills, experience, certifications or licenses and other relevant factors. In addition, this role will be eligible to participate in either the annual performance bonus or commission program, determined by the nature of the position.
