Sr Manager, Brand & Product Marketing:
Researching and developing strategies to maximize product/brand appeal to target customers. Monitoring product performance and directing product and/or marketing adjustments. Setting goals and objectives for team members for achievement of operational results. Ensures policies, practices, and procedures are understood and followed by direct reports, and internal/external stakeholders. Lead the development of the long-term regional vision for all assigned product categories: beverage, food, and retail lobby. Develop rolling 18-24-month innovation and promotional calendar in alignment with brand and regional business needs. Develop marketing & category diagnostics and performance tools. Develop and execute innovation concepts test for products to validate customer preferences according to the strategy set in the brief. Support delivery of product category information across myriad channels, owned channels (in-store, mobile app, email/newsletter, web, etc.), social media, paid media, and PR. Co-create and manage marketing campaigns strategies, align implementation plan with each business unit and including oversight of execution. Plan and manage business unit and department processes and practices to ensure that programs are aligned with company business goals and objectives. Identify and communicate key responsibilities and practices to ensure the immediate team of direct reports promotes a successful attitude, confidence in leadership, and teamwork to achieve business results. Telecommuting permitted up to 20% per week. Requires domestic and international travel up to 30%. Full time employment, Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week.
Pay Range:

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Bachelors degree in any field, plus 3 years of experience in a marketing manager or related role. Must have experience in each of the following: 3 years of experience coordinating with cross-functional partners (including Product organization, R D, Legal, Retail Ops Services, Supply Chain, or A&I) to ensure marketing is executed consistently with company priorities and objectives; 3 years of experience analyzing consumer insights and marketing tactics performance; 3 years of experience using marketing strategy, frameworks, channels, tactics and metrics; 3 years of experience in product or brand management, including product portfolio, pricing and promotional strategy, point-of-sale exhibition, planning, customer insights/trends, development of new product offering and full marketing campaigns; 3 years of marketing experience in a retail, foodservice, or packaged goods environment; 3 years of experience transforming consumer insights into marketing strategies. Telecommuting permitted up to 20% week. Requires domestic and international travel up to 30%.
