Intelvio • Full-time Senior Product Marketing Manager, Mental & Behavioral Health About the role Intelvio is looking for a seasoned Senior Product Marketing Manager to own go-to-market strategy for our Mental & Behavioral Health segment. In this high-visibility role, you'll be the connective tissue between product, sales, clinical strategy, and the market — ensuring our solutions resonate deeply with health systems, payers, and behavioral health providers navigating one of healthcare's most complex and fast-evolving categories. What you'll do Own segment GTM . Develop and execute end-to-end go-to-market strategies for Intelvio's Mental & Behavioral Health product portfolio, from launch planning to full-cycle pipeline enablement. Define positioning and messaging. Craft differentiated narratives and value propositions tailored to key personas — CMOs, behavioral health directors, care coordinators, and payers — that clearly communicate clinical and operational outcomes. Drive market intelligence. Conduct ongoing competitive analysis and buyer research, translating insights into actionable product and campaign strategies. Be the internal expert on the behavioral health landscape. Empower the sales team. Build and maintain sales enablement assets — battle cards, solution briefs, demo narratives, objection-handling guides — that help revenue teams win in complex, multi-stakeholder deals. Shape the content strategy. Partner with content and demand gen teams to produce high-impact thought leadership, whitepapers, case studies, and campaign assets anchored in behavioral health expertise. Partner with product. Serve as the PMM lead in product planning cycles, providing market feedback, informing roadmap priorities, and leading external launch readiness for new features and modules. Measure and optimize. Define KPIs for GTM programs, track performance across the funnel, and iterate based on data to continuously improve pipeline contribution and win rates. What you'll bring 5+ years of product marketing experience, ideally with a background in edtech and/or healthcare technology Proven ability to market complex solutions to mission-driven, outcomes-focused buyers — whether in educational institutions, health systems, or payer organizations Strong command of GTM motions — segmentation, positioning, competitive differentiation, and sales enablement Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to translate clinical or technical complexity into compelling, accessible narratives Experience collaborating cross-functionally with product management, clinical or curriculum, and revenue teams in a fast-paced environment Data-driven mindset — comfortable setting measurable goals, analyzing results, and presenting insights to executive stakeholders Nice to have Experience marketing student wellness, mental health, or behavioral support platforms within K-12, higher education, or health system settings Compensation The base salary range for this role is $110,000 - $145,000 annually, commensurate with experience, skills, and geographic location.
