Pride Health is hiring a Marketing Manager, Systems & Technology to support our client's medical facility in Secaucus
NJ 07094.
This is a 5-month assignment with the possibility of a contract-to-hire opportunity, and it's a great way to start working with a top-tier healthcare organization!

Tuesdays and Wednesdays Key Responsibilities:
Administer and optimize Adobe Workfront to support marketing operations, project management , and budget approval workflows . Troubleshoot Adobe Workfront Fusion integrations and collaborate with developers to identify and resolve system issues. Build, maintain, and enhance Point sites, intake forms , workflows, automations, and site pages. Develop and maintain API integrations between marketing platforms and business systems. Create and support Power Automate workflows to streamline marketing and operational processes. Manage and optimize marketing enablement platforms, including Workfront, Budget Management Tools, DAM systems, and Microsoft Teams. Collaborate with Marketing, Finance/AP, HTAS, Digital Marketing, and external vendors to align technology solutions with business objectives. Identify opportunities for process automation and implement workflow improvements to increase efficiency. Monitor system performance, maintain data integrity , and ensure accurate data sharing across integrated platforms. Support marketing budget management and approval workflows through Adobe Workfront . Develop and maintain content taxonomy, metadata standards , and version control processes across marketing assets. Generate reports and provide actionable insights to improve operational effectiveness. Manage relationships with third-party technology vendors, including Adobe, OpenText, and DAM providers. Provide system training, documentation, and user support to internal stakeholders. Partner with project management teams to support system implementations, testing, enhancements, and deployments.
Must-Have Qualifications:
BA/BS highly preferred•equivalent work experience will be considered Adobe Workfront Administration expertise. Familiarity with Adobe Workfront Fusion . Point development and workflow automation experience . Experience supporting marketing technology and operations . Strong problem-solving abilities and solution-oriented mindset. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
