PRIMARY FUNCTION
The VP of Marketing drives marketing operations and new patient acquisition across PAFC, managing Regional Marketing Managers and overseeing all campaigns from acquisition through retention. Acquisition Strategy and Execution:
Own new patient acquisition strategy through integrated campaigns.
Build digital-first acquisition engine:
GEO, SEO/SEM and paid media. Partner with market presidents to enable Regional Marketing Managers to develop market-specific growth plans based on local dynamics and clinic capacity. Drive provider reputation management, community partnerships, and sponsorships that generate qualified leads. Provide marketing support for programs like our newborn program (operations managed by SVP Patient Engagement and Retention).
Regional Marketing Leadership:
Lead and manage Regional Marketing Managers who own both acquisition and retention metrics at market level, with executive presence to independently manage relationships with market presidents and practice managers. Empower managers with budget ownership and accountability for retention rates, new patient acquisition, and value-based care membership growth. Develop standardized campaign templates for rapid local deployment. Ensure managers monitor daily performance metrics (retention by clinic, new patient acquisition, fill rates, campaign effectiveness).
Marketing Operations and Campaign Execution:
Partner with SVP of Patient Engagement and Retention (who defines retention strategy) to execute campaigns and measure performance; maintain weekly strategic sync for campaign calendar and resource coordination. Oversee martech stack, creative services, and omni-channel execution (email, SMS, digital, paid media, direct mail, in-clinic materials). Manage digital marketing team serving both acquisition and patient engagement needs. Ensure brand consistency while enabling Regional Marketing Manager flexibility for local relevance. Implement acquisition funnel analytics and attribution modeling to optimize marketing spend.
Digital and Brand Leadership:
Oversee website platform, digital presence (SEO/SEM, paid search, social media, content marketing), and brand architecture as PAFC consolidates acquired brands. Create comprehensive dashboards showing acquisition, campaign performance, retention support metrics, and ROI by channel and region. Drive martech decisions ensuring Regional Marketing Managers have tools for daily performance monitoring.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
Direct oversight of marketing team members.
