Job Description
About the Job Kedoo Entertainment is looking for an experienced YouTube Content Manager to join our international Kids Entertainment team. You will work with large-scale animation channels and global kids entertainment brands, helping manage publishing operations, channel optimization, analytics, and audience growth strategies for the US YouTube market. Ideal Candidate 1+ years of experience managing professional YouTube channels Strong understanding of YouTube Studio and channel operations Experience with YouTube SEO and metadata optimization Understanding of YouTube analytics and audience retention metrics Excellent English communication skills Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to manage high-volume publishing workflows independently Experience with kids content or entertainment channels is a plus Job Requirements Manage and publish YouTube content across multiple channels Optimize titles, descriptions, playlists, tags, and metadata Monitor performance metrics including CTR, retention, watch time, and impressions Coordinate thumbnails and channel visuals with designers Maintain publishing schedules and content organization Analyze competitors, trends, and audience behavior Support audience growth and engagement initiatives Experience with AI workflow tools is a plus
