This is not a campaign execution role. This is a high-impact position for someone who thrives at the intersection of data, systems, and strategy—turning insights into scalable growth. What You'll Own HubSpot & Marketing Systems Own and optimize HubSpot and connected platforms Ensure high data quality, integrity, and scalable governance practices Manage integrations across marketing tools and systems Marketing Operations & Process Optimization Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and data flow Improve visibility and clarity across reporting and performance tracking Lead Management & Funnel Optimization Design and optimize lead scoring models, routing logic, and lifecycle stages Strengthen MQL → Sales handoff and alignment with sales teams Nurture & Lifecycle Marketing Build and optimize segmented nurture programs Use behavioral data to drive engagement, conversion, and pipeline growth Reporting, Analytics & Insights Develop dashboards and reporting across campaigns, funnel performance, and customer behavior Monitor monthly KPIs and identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities Deliver clear, actionable insights to marketing and leadership Segmentation & Personalization Create and manage targeted lists and persona-based segmentation Support account-based marketing (ABM) initiatives Marketing Analytics Analyze data across tools including: GA4 Shopify Google Ads Search Console Microsoft Clarity SEMrush Translate cross-channel data into meaningful insights and recommendations What Success Looks Like Clean, reliable data that teams trust Clear visibility into funnel performance and campaign impact Improved conversion rates across the customer journey Strong alignment between Marketing and Sales Scalable systems that support growth without breaking Who This Role Is For You're someone who: Thinks in systems, not just campaigns Loves solving messy data and process challenges Can connect marketing activity to revenue outcomes Is both analytical and execution-oriented Enjoys building, optimizing, and scaling Required Experience 3-7+ years in Marketing Operations, Revenue Operations, or similar role Deep experience with HubSpot (or similar CRM/marketing automation platform) Strong understanding of lead lifecycle, scoring, and funnel management Experience building dashboards and reporting (HubSpot, Excel, BI tools, etc.) Hands-on experience with marketing analytics tools (GA4, ad platforms, SEO tools, etc.) Preferred Experience with Shopify or eCommerce environments Familiarity with ABM strategies and tools Experience working closely with Sales teams on funnel alignment Why This Role Matters This role is central to how we grow.
