Manage and optimize online advertising campaigns using tools like Google Ads (formerly Google AdWords) and Facebook Advertising to maximize ROI and audience engagement. Conduct keyword research and utilize SEO tools to improve organic search rankings, increase website traffic, and enhance content visibility. Oversee content creation efforts across platforms, including website updates via WordPress or other content management systems, blog posts, social media posts, and email newsletters. Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics and other analytics tools; generate reports to inform ongoing strategy adjustments. Collaborate with graphic designers and copywriters to produce visually appealing graphics using Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Creative Suite, and basic
HTML/CSS
skills for web content. Implement conversion optimization techniques by testing landing pages, call-to-actions, and user experience improvements to boost lead generation and sales conversions. Utilize marketing automation platforms to nurture leads through targeted email campaigns and personalized customer journeys. Stay current with industry trends in digital marketing, SEM/SEO best practices, e-commerce strategies, and emerging technologies like JavaScript or SQL for data analysis. Skills Proven experience with SEO tools such as SEMrush or Moz; strong understanding of SEO best practices. Expertise in social media management across platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter. Proficiency in Google Ads (AdWords), Google Analytics, and performance marketing techniques. Skilled in content creation—copywriting for web copy, blogs, ads—and graphic design using Adobe Photoshop or Adobe Creative Suite. Knowledge of
HTML/CSS
for webpage customization; familiarity with JavaScript for interactive features is a plus. Experience with WordPress or similar CMS platforms for website management. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data from analytics tools to inform strategy decisions. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration with sales teams, designers, developers, and executive leadership.
