This role is ideal for someone who can combine strategy, creativity, graphic design, and execution to strengthen our brand, generate leads, and increase customer engagement. Responsibilities Manage and grow social media platforms including LinkedIn, Facebook, and other relevant channels Create and schedule engaging content, graphics, videos, and campaigns Design promotional graphics and marketing materials including flyers, advertisements, sales promotions, banners, and social media content Develop and maintain brand identity and messaging across all marketing materials Plan and execute advertising campaigns (digital, print, social, and promotional) Coordinate marketing efforts for sales promotions, events, and product launches Monitor analytics and performance metrics to optimize campaigns and improve ROI Work with internal teams to create brochures, presentations, email campaigns, and other branded materials Stay current on marketing trends, social media best practices, and industry developments Assist with website updates, SEO, and online presence management Qualifications Experience in marketing, advertising, communications, or a related field Strong understanding of social media marketing and digital advertising Graphic design experience required, including proficiency in Canva and Adobe Illustrator Experience creating promotional graphics, flyers, advertisements, and branded marketing materials Excellent written and verbal communication skills Experience with branding and content creation Video editing experience is a plus Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines Self-motivated, organized, and creative thinker What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who can take ownership of our marketing efforts, bring fresh ideas to the table, and help elevate our brand in the construction and equipment industry.
