Sales, Marketing & Studio Operations Manager Full-time | On-site | Wellness | Sales + Marketing This is not a behind-the-scenes marketing role. You'll be the face of Elume. Running the studio floor, educating clients, closing sales, and growing our brand from the ground up. About Elume Elume is a red light therapy studio on a mission to make cutting-edge wellness accessible and approachable. We're a small, passionate team and we're looking for someone who can own our entire client experience, from first impression online to a signed membership in person. What you'll own Social media & content Run our Facebook and Instagram presence day-to-day: posts, stories, reels, and engagement Create content that educates followers on red light therapy and builds trust in the Elume brand Grow our audience and turn followers into booked sessions Marketing & lead generation Plan and run paid campaigns (Meta Ads, Google) to drive local awareness and appointments Generate new leads through partnerships, outreach, and community presence Follow up on inquiries quickly and consistently: no lead goes cold Studio operations & client experience Greet clients, give studio tours, and walk people through their first session Become a genuine expert on red light therapy: the science, the benefits, the protocols Close memberships and packages by building real relationships, not pressure tactics Keep the studio running smoothly day-to-day You're a great fit if you... Love talking to people and can explain complex wellness concepts in plain language Have real experience running social media that actually performs Know how to close a sale without feeling like a salesperson Are self-motivated: you don't need to be told what to do next Get excited about health, wellness, and emerging therapies Can juggle multiple hats without dropping any of them Nice to have Experience with Meta Ads Manager or Google Ads Background in wellness, aesthetics, fitness, or health services Familiarity with CRM tools or lead tracking Video/photo editing skills for content creation This is a rare opportunity to take full ownership of a growing wellness brand.
