Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead our marketing initiatives and elevate our brand presence across digital platforms. Manage content creation efforts, including copywriting, graphic design, and video production, ensuring alignment with brand voice and marketing goals. Use marketing automation platforms and analytics tools such as Google Analytics to monitor campaign performance, analyze data trends, and refine strategies for maximum ROI. Coordinate social media management efforts across platforms like Facebook Advertising and other social channels to increase followers, engagement, and brand awareness. Optimize website performance through conversion rate optimization techniques using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and content management systems like WordPress. Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns using Google AdWords (Google Ads), Facebook Advertising, and other PPC (pay-per-click) platforms to generate leads and sales. Conduct ongoing market research to identify industry trends, competitive insights, and new opportunities within e-commerce and B2B (business-to-business) sectors. Skills Proficiency with SEO tools such as SEMrush or Ahrefs for keyword research and site audits. Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels including social media marketing, email marketing, SEM, performance marketing, and marketing automation. Experience with content management systems like WordPress along with basic coding skills in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and SQL for website optimization. Expertise in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Creative Suite for content creation. Ability to analyze data using Google Analytics or similar analytics platforms to inform decision-making. Skilled in copywriting for diverse formats including blogs, ads, email campaigns, and landing pages. Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and strategies for conversion optimization across digital touchpoints. Strong understanding of B2B marketing principles combined with social media management skills on platforms like Facebook Business Manager.
