Job Description

We're seeking a Senior Marketing Manager / Campaign Manager for a 6-12 month contract with our client. This role is based in Goodlettsville, TN and requires 3 days onsite per week.

This position leads the development and execution of integrated go-to-market (GTM) strategies that drive customer engagement, revenue growth, and brand impact.

The role owns end-to-end campaign planning and execution, with a strong emphasis on lifecycle marketing, email/SMS performance, and customer retention.

The ideal candidate is both strategic and hands-on, partnering cross-functionally to deliver high-impact campaigns optimized for performance and aligned with business goals.

Key ResponsibilitiesCampaign & GTM ManagementOwn and manage the marketing campaign calendar, aligning promotions with product priorities, seasonal moments, and market trendsPlan and execute integrated, multi-channel campaigns across the full customer journeyDefine campaign KPIs, including impressions, engagement, conversion, and revenue targetsPartner with cross-functional teams (Creative, Merchandising, Media, Digital) to align messaging and campaign executionOversee the creation, testing, and deployment of promotional offers and codesLifecycle Marketing (Email, SMS, Push)Lead strategy and execution for email, SMS, and push notification channelsBuild and optimize lifecycle programs (welcome, retention, re-engagement, loyalty journeys)Drive list growth, segmentation, personalization, and dynamic content strategiesExecute A/B and multivariate testing to improve engagement and conversionGrowth & Retention StrategyDevelop initiatives to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retentionImplement triggered journeys, lead generation programs, and loyalty campaignsLeverage behavioral data to improve frequency, lifetime value, and retentionPartner with analytics to optimize performance and ROIContent & Creative CollaborationPartner with creative and content teams on campaign messaging and visual assetsContribute to creative briefs and campaign planningEnsure assets align with brand standards, campaign goals, and channel needs
