Crestview Collection and Porch View Home are leading wholesale home décor, furniture, lighting, wall art, and gift brands serving thousands of retailers across North America and international markets. With global sourcing operations throughout Asia and a 500,000+ square foot distribution facility in Memphis, TN, we deliver trend-forward products and exceptional service to our retail partners. The Marketing Director leads the strategic planning, execution, and operational management of marketing for Crestview Collection and Porch View Home. The role connects brand strategy, digital marketing, marketing analytics, sales enablement, and customer communications to revenue growth across wholesale, e-commerce, key account, designer, hospitality, and sales-representative channels. This is a hands-on leadership role in a complex B2B wholesale environment. Demand here is not built on a traditional lead-gen funnel, it is created through product visibility, market and showroom presence, rep relationships, retailer trust, search and product discovery, email, and catalogs. Key Responsibilities Marketing Strategy & Leadership
- Develop and lead overall marketing strategy for both brands, aligned with revenue goals, product priorities, sales initiatives, and the trade market calendar.
- Translate business objectives into executable plans across digital, email, web, content, collateral, sales enablement, and events.
- Serve as a strategic partner to executive leadership, sales, customer service, product development, operations, and e-commerce.
- Manage shifting priorities across multiple brands, seasonal demands, and market deadlines. Marketing Analytics, Operations & Systems
- Build, maintain, and continuously improve executive KPI dashboards covering website analytics, marketing financial performance, and customer intelligence for both brands.
- Own revenue reporting by channel, including attribution logic on ERP (NetSuite) exports.
- Analyze customer lifetime value, retention, account health, segmentation, and purchasing behavior; translate data into actionable recommendations.
- Own the marketing technology stack: email platform (Klaviyo), social media management (Sprout Social), GA4, e-commerce storefront (Magento), and DAM/PIM systems.
- Lead system selection and implementation projects, including vendor evaluation, MSA/SOW negotiation, milestone management, and team training.
- Identify and close gaps in attribution, customer data, lead tracking, and reporting infrastructure.
- Apply AI tools and automation to accelerate reporting, data cleaning, content production, and analysis. Digital Marketing & Website
- Lead website strategy and digital experience improvements supporting product discovery, engagement, and conversion.
- Oversee site content, merchandising support, landing pages, search functionality, and performance initiatives in partnership with developers and technology vendors.
- Drive SEO and emerging AI-driven search (AEO/GEO) strategies to improve organic visibility and discoverability.
- Monitor performance through GA4 and related analytics tools; maintain clean traffic and conversion reporting. , Campaigns & Customer Communication
- Lead email marketing strategy and execution: segmentation, campaign planning, automation flows, and performance analysis.
- Develop campaigns supporting product launches, seasonal priorities, trade programs, market events, and customer retention and reactivation.

- Oversee brand positioning, creative direction, and messaging consistency across Crestview Collection, Porch View Home, and future brands.
- Direct production of print and digital catalogs (Adobe CC), social content, sales collateral, and showroom and market materials.
- Manage brand assets through the DAM and partner with product development on new-product marketing. Sales Enablement & Customer Growth
- Develop tools, messaging, and collateral supporting sales representatives, customer service, showrooms, and key customer segments.
- Support rep communications, product launches, customer education, and designer and hospitality programs.
- Partner with sales leadership on acquisition and retention of independent retailers, regional chains, national accounts, and international distributors. Trade Market, Showroom & Event Marketing
- Lead marketing for
Atlanta Market, Dallas Market, Las Vegas Market, and High Point Market:
pre-show campaigns, customer outreach, booth and showroom traffic, lead capture, post-show follow-up, and ROI analysis by market.
- Coordinate internal teams and vendors to deliver event creative, signage, presentations, and communications on deadline. Cross-Functional Project Management
- Manage complex projects spanning internal departments, external vendors, developers, and technology partners.
- Create structure around ambiguous or evolving business needs and translate them into executable plans.
- Act as the connector between marketing, sales, customer service, operations, product, and leadership. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- 7+ years of progressive marketing experience, with 3+ years in marketing leadership.
- Strong hands-on data and analytics skills: advanced Excel, comfort with large raw data exports, and experience building dashboards and KPI reporting from source data.
- Strong digital marketing experience across website management, email marketing, social media, and campaign development.
- Experience with platforms such as Magento (or comparable e-commerce), Klaviyo, GA4, Sprout Social, NetSuite (or comparable ERP), and DAM/PIM systems.
- Experience managing marketing budgets, vendors, and contracts, with proven ROI analysis.
- Strong understanding of how marketing supports revenue across both digital and relationship-driven sales channels.
- Excellent writing, presentation, and project management skills; able to operate hands-on while providing strategic leadership. Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in home furnishings, wholesale, interior design, hospitality, or product-based B2B industries.
- Experience with
SEO/AEO/GEO.
- Experience managing CRM, PIM, DAM, including vendor relationships.
- Practical experience using AI tools to automate analysis and content workflows.
