Founded by renowned designer Dennis Fano, Novo has earned a reputation for innovative design, exceptional craftsmanship, and a passionate global community of players, collectors, artists, and dealers. We are seeking a Brand Marketing Manager to lead and execute Novo's marketing efforts across all channels. This is a hands-on role for someone who understands brand building, storytelling, content creation, digital marketing, and the music industry. The ideal candidate is equal parts strategist and doer, capable of developing long-term marketing initiatives while also creating and managing day-to-day content that keeps our audience engaged. Position Summary The Brand Marketing Manager is responsible for growing awareness, engagement, and demand for Novo Guitars through compelling storytelling, content creation, product launches, artist partnerships, dealer support, and digital marketing initiatives. This role works closely with company leadership, sales, product development, artists, dealers, and creative partners to ensure the Novo brand is represented consistently and authentically across all customer touchpoints. Key Responsibilities Brand & Content Marketing Develop and execute Novo's overall marketing strategy. Create and manage content across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, email, website, and other digital channels. Plan and maintain a content calendar that supports product launches, artist features, dealer initiatives, company updates, and educational content. Write compelling copy for social media, email campaigns, product announcements, website content, and promotional materials. Coordinate photography and video production, including artist features, product demos, behind-the-scenes content, and factory storytelling. Ensure all marketing communications maintain Novo's voice, aesthetic, and brand standards. Product Launches & Campaigns Lead marketing efforts for new product introductions, limited editions, artist collaborations, and special projects. Develop launch plans that include content creation, dealer communication, email campaigns, social media strategy, and supporting assets. Measure campaign effectiveness and adjust strategies based on performance. Artist & Community Engagement Support relationships with artists, influencers, and industry partners. Coordinate artist content, product placements, testimonials, and collaborative marketing opportunities. Help strengthen Novo's connection with players, collectors, and fans through authentic engagement and community building. Monitor customer feedback and identify opportunities to improve brand engagement. Dealer & Sales Support Create marketing materials and assets to support Novo's dealer network. Collaborate with the sales team on product launches, dealer programs, events, and promotional initiatives. Assist with trade shows, dealer events, artist appearances, and other industry-facing activities. Digital Marketing & Analytics Manage email marketing campaigns and audience segmentation. Oversee website content updates and optimization. Analyze marketing performance using Google Analytics, social platform insights, email metrics, and other reporting tools. Monitor SEO performance and identify opportunities to improve discoverability. Manage digital advertising initiatives as needed. Qualifications 3+ years of experience in marketing, brand management, content marketing, or a related field. Strong writing, communication, and storytelling skills. Experience creating and managing content across social media, email, and web platforms. Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud or similar creative tools. Experience coordinating photography, video production, and creative projects. Familiarity with marketing analytics and performance reporting. Strong organizational and project management skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Self-motivated, collaborative, and detail-oriented. Preferred Qualifications Experience in the music industry, musical instruments, audio, lifestyle brands, or other enthusiast-driven markets. Knowledge of guitars, musicians, and guitar culture. Experience working with artists, creators, influencers, or dealer networks. Photography, videography, or video editing experience. Why Novo?
