Job Description:
BURDLIFE
is looking for a Director of Brand & Marketing to help build our next stage of growth. We are a fast-growing jewelry brand with retail locations in Houston and Nashville, and new stores opening in San Antonio and Atlanta this year. We are looking for a strong marketing leader based in Nashville who can help us grow online sales, in-store traffic, influencer marketing, content, and brand awareness. This is an in-person role based in Nashville, TN. You will work directly with the Founder and help lead the brand, content, influencer, and marketing strategy across all locations and online.
Responsibilities:
Build and manage BURDLIFE's marketing calendar Lead content strategy for Instagram, TikTok, email, SMS, and launches Grow online sales through campaigns, content, email, and influencer marketing Drive in-store traffic through local events, partnerships, and store campaigns Manage influencer gifting, partnerships, and creator relationships Support store openings in San Antonio and Atlanta Track marketing performance, sales impact, and campaign results Help build and manage the marketing team
Must Have:
5+ years of experience in brand marketing, growth marketing, social media, influencer marketing, or e-commerce Experience with fashion, jewelry, beauty, retail, lifestyle, or consumer brands Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, influencers, email marketing, and brand storytelling Ability to move fast, stay organized, and execute without needing constant direction Strong taste level and understanding of what makes a brand feel current, cool, and desirable Must be based in Nashville or willing to relocate before starting Nice to

Shopify experience Klaviyo or email/SMS experience Experience launching stores, events, pop-ups, or retail campaigns Experience managing content creators or influencer programs This role is best for someone who is creative, organized, proactive, and excited to help build a growing jewelry brand into a nationally recognized lifestyle brand.
