Responsibilities Develop, implement, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns with a focus on digital platforms including social media, email, SEM (Search Engine Marketing), and display advertising. Manage content creation across various formats such as blog posts, social media posts, videos, and graphics using tools like Adobe Creative Suite and Photoshop. Conduct keyword research and utilize SEO tools to improve organic search rankings and increase website traffic through strategic content and technical optimization. Oversee website management using content management systems like WordPress, ensuring content is current, engaging, and optimized for SEO. Utilize analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Google Ads to monitor campaign performance, analyze user behavior, and refine marketing strategies for better conversion rates. Implement marketing automation workflows to nurture leads, enhance customer engagement, and streamline campaign execution. Coordinate social media management efforts across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter using social media management tools; manage paid advertising campaigns including Facebook Advertising and Google AdWords. Collaborate with sales teams to align marketing strategies with business objectives for B2B (business-to-business) growth initiatives. Stay updated on industry trends related to SEM, performance marketing, e-commerce, and digital marketing best practices to ensure innovative campaign approaches. Requirements Proven experience in digital marketing roles with a strong understanding of SEO tools, SEM (including Google AdWords), social media marketing, and analytics platforms such as Google Analytics. Proficiency in content creation tools like Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Creative Suite; experience with graphic design is a plus. Hands-on experience managing websites using WordPress or other content management systems; knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and SQL is preferred. Strong copywriting skills with the ability to craft compelling content tailored for diverse audiences across multiple channels. Familiarity with marketing automation platforms to execute targeted email marketing campaigns effectively. Knowledge of conversion optimization techniques to improve landing pages and user journeys for better performance metrics. Ability to analyze data insights from various sources to inform strategic decisions in performance marketing campaigns. Excellent project management skills with the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
