As we continue to grow in Nashville, we're seeking a dynamic Sales & Marketing Manager to help drive private events, community partnerships, and brand visibility. About the Role This role is responsible for revenue generation and marketing support, with a focus on private dining sales, large-party bookings, strategic partnerships, and social media collaboration. The ideal candidate is highly organized, relationship-driven, creative, and passionate about hospitality and culture. Responsibilities Manage all private event inquiries, walkthroughs, proposals, and client communications using Tripleseat Drive large-party and event sales, including partial and full restaurant buyouts Build and maintain relationships within Nashville's corporate, entertainment, hospitality, and social communities Support social media initiatives through content coordination, planning, and execution Assist with local marketing efforts, partnerships, and promotional opportunities Track event activity, sales performance, and client follow-up to maximize conversion and retention Qualifications 3-5+ years of experience in hospitality sales, restaurant marketing, events, or public relations Strong local network and understanding of Nashville's culture, entertainment, and lifestyle landscape Proven ability to close large-scale events and exceed sales goals Experience with Tripleseat, Instagram, Canva, and email marketing platforms preferred Professional, polished communication skills with strong emotional intelligence Self-motivated, proactive, and highly detail-oriented Compensation & Benefits Competitive base salary based on experience Commission structure tied to event sales Quarterly performance-based bonuses Health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with employer match Paid time off Dining discounts and long-term growth opportunities This is an opportunity to join a growing hospitality team and play a key role in building a standout presence in one of Nashville's most exciting neighborhoods.
