POSITION OVERVIEW
This role will be responsible for the marketing strategies, planning, and execution that fuel growth across partners in Asurion's new channels portfolio. This individual will provide marketing leadership within internal client teams and represent Asurion marketing with external client teams.
ESSENTIAL JOB SKILLS/DUTIES
Implement overall marketing best practices across client portfolio, manifesting in the development of marketing plans for key, prioritized initiatives; manage timing, execution, and measurement. Own and drive methods used to organize campaigns and messaging across various partner channels and product offerings, partnering with cross functional teams across the marketing and sales organization. Implement best practices across paid, owned, and earned channels as applicable. Drive results and facilitate measurement with analytics partners. Partner with creative team and lead the creation of creative assets within Asurion and client brand guidelines. Write and deliver creative briefs; facilitate delivery of creative to internal partners and external client teams. Work closely with client business teams to understand program performance, provide timely updates, and serve as the voice of the customer; have deep knowledge of the growth levers marketing can impact.
SKILLS:
Technical skills: Demonstrated ability to build marketing campaigns and manage programs with dependencies such as cross-functional alignment and collaboration with external partners Demonstrated ability to work with external clients and manage to tight deadlines Experience designing and executing research, along with the capability to translate research insights for client understanding and motivation Ability to measure performance outcomes. Strong communication skills and ability to effectively present strategy, concepts and initiatives is required Ability to multi-task and manage multiple complex projects in a cross functional environment concurrently Soft/Leadership skills: Active listener; strong communication - verbal and non-verbal. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Required Education and Experience Bachelor's degree Minimum of 5-7 years total business-related experience working in one or more of these: marketing, brand management, strategy/management consulting, product management/marketing, media or creative agency Preferred Education and Experience Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Communications preferred
