M-F, 8-5 JOB SUMMARY

Manages the optimization of the health system's comprehensive digital experience across consumer- and employee-facing platforms, providing operational oversight and team leadership to ensure seamless, accessible and data-driven digital engagement aligned with health system's strategy, goals and mission.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Minimum Education Bachelor's degree in digital media, communications, public relations, marketing, or related field. Minimum Work Experience 3-5 years of experience in healthcare communications, online strategy or a similar field. Supervisory experience preferred. Required Licenses/Certifications Required Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities Ability to handle confidential information. Maintains professional appearance and decorum at all times. Ability to carry out obligations and duties of the position. Thorough knowledge of the principles and best practices of digital communications, website design principles, user experience, digital accessibility standards, CMS, CRM, email and SMS platforms. Excellent human relations and oral and written communication skills. Understanding of communication principles. Designated Driver No OSHA Category 2 - Medium Risk
