This role will be responsible for promoting our trade-in program, managing inventory flow, coordinating with vendors and ensuring an efficient customer trade-in experience. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and leadership skills, experience in electronics operations, and the ability to create scalable systems that support business growth and profitability. Responsibilities Lead and supervise daily operations, including sales, customer service, inventory control, and staff management Develop and execute strategies to meet targets and improve overall performance Oversee employee orientation, training & development programs to enhance team skills and engagement Manage recruiting efforts by interviewing candidates, conducting onboarding, and ensuring effective employee placement Monitor inventory levels, perform stock audits, and coordinate purchasing to optimize stock availability and reduce shrinkage Maintain excellent communication with team members through phone etiquette, organizational skills, and leadership presence Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations while fostering a positive work environment Requirements Proven management experience with a strong background in trade-in operations (3 years of experience) Exceptional leadership abilities with experience supervising teams and managing employee performance Proficiency in Microsoft Office and inventory management systems Multilingual or bilingual capabilities are highly desirable for effective communication with diverse teams and customers Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment Effective communication skills, including phone etiquette and customer service excellence Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field preferred Strong time management skills with the ability to oversee multiple responsibilities simultaneously Join us as an Marketing Manager to lead our team toward success.
