Position Summary As a member of the leadership team, the Director of Marketing will lead the strategy and execution of marketing initiatives across multiple brands and product lines at Senox Corporation. This role will oversee cross-functional teams, manage integrated marketing campaigns, and ensure alignment with business goals and objectives. Primary Responsibilities Lead and develop a team to execute comprehensive marketing strategies to promote brands and products, making sure that it aligns with company goals. Ensures the marketing team meets KPIs, deadlines, and quality standards Drive revenue across both B2B and end-user markets Analyze market trends, customer behavior and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and formulate strategies to increase sales and brand awareness. Oversee content creation, ensuring it aligns with brand guidelines and resonates with target audiences. Monitor and report on campaign performance, adjusting strategies to optimize results. Collaborate with sales, product and operations teams to ensure cohesive messaging and execution of strategies across all channels. Manage marketing budget and allocate resources effectively. Manage vendor relationships & coordinate purchasing of marketing materials. Plans meetings and trade shows by identifying, assembling, and coordinating requirements; establishing contacts; developing schedules and assignments; coordinating mailing lists. Organize and manage promotions and product launches to maximize visibility and engagement. Maintain and enhance brand image and reputation. Accomplishes organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments. Stay up-to-date with latest marketing trends and technologies. Lead market research efforts to uncover the viability of current and existing products/services. Skills and Requirements Minimum of 10 years Marketing experience with 6 years being in a leadership role Experience building and leading a team of employees Proven track record of meeting deadlines in a fast-paced Marketing environment Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field Experience managing marketing campaigns and budgets Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM systems Strong understanding of digital marketing platforms, tools, and strategies Excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills Experience with Business Intelligence Tools Analytical skills to forecast and identify trends and challenges
