At Concho Hearts Hospice, we care for people with heart, compassion, and purpose. Our mission is to bring comfort, dignity, and peace to patients and families wherever they call home. We are locally owned and operated, allowing us to provide responsive, personalized care to the communities we serve. Role:
As an Executive Director/Marketing Leader, you will have the opportunity to build your team, grow referral partnerships, and lead a hospice location with the support of an experienced leadership team. This role blends leadership, business development, and a heart for people.Responsibilities:
Develop and grow referral partnerships throughout the community. Serve as the face of Concho Hearts Hospice in your service area. Visit providers, facilities, and community partners to share our mission. Lead educational in-services and outreach events. Help families understand hospice services and expectations. Collaborate closely with the clinical team to ensure smooth care transitions. Support the growth and success of your location through strong leadership.Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years of hospice experience required (marketing, leadership, or operations). Hospice and/or home health marketing experience preferred. Strong leadership and relationship-building skills. Excellent communication and organizational abilities. A heart for serving patients and families.Benefits:
