We are seeking a highly skilled Director of Marketing to lead our online and offline marketing initiatives and find new leads through many channels. We need a strategic thinker who can build, optimize, and scale paid media programs across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta, Youtube, Tic Tok, and Reddit. This role offers an exciting opportunity to manage innovative campaigns, analyze Google, Meta, and other channel data. You will enhance our digital presence, test and perform other advertising channel experiments, and contribute to the company's overall success. Responsibilities Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns across platforms including social media, SEM, email marketing, and content marketing. Manage paid advertising campaigns using Google Ads, Facebook Advertising, and Google AdWords, ensuring optimal ROI through conversion optimization strategies. Drive continuous improvement through A/B testing, bid strategy refinement, and conversion tracking. Manage budgets, pacing, and reporting with precision and transparency. Oversee content creation and management for websites, offline marketing, and social media channels using Content Management Systems like WordPress. Analyze website and campaign performance using Google Analytics and other analytics tools; generate reports to inform strategic decisions. Coordinate with design pro to produce engaging graphics and visual content using Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Creative Suite, and graphic design principles. Implement marketing automation tools to streamline campaigns to create and nurture leads effectively. Maintain knowledge of current digital marketing trends, including performance marketing, B2B marketing, and emerging technologies such as JavaScript and SQL for data analysis. Ensure brand consistency across all digital touchpoints. Stay ahead of platform updates, algorithm changes, and emerging trends in B2B, SaaS advertising. Utilize SEO tools and conduct keyword research to improve organic search rankings and increase website traffic. What You Bring 3+ years of hands-on experience managing PPC and paid media campaigns. Proven success scaling paid search and paid social campaigns across multiple platforms. Comfortable interpreting data and translating insights into actionable marketing improvements. Deep expertise in Google Ads , LinkedIn Ads , and Microsoft Ads, YouTube, Meta — with bonus points for Reddit and AI ads . Deep knowledge of SEO tools including SEMrush, Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Search Console, CallRail, and similar platforms. Experience coordinating across internal teams and managing third-party vendors (SEO, web development, design, content). Strong grasp of conversion tracking setups (GTM, GA4, pixels) and campaign optimization principles. Experience with Microsoft Suite tools and campaign reporting. Active certifications in Google Ads and Google Analytics/GA4 . Excellent communication skills — you can simplify complex data and tell compelling stories with performance insights. Proficiency with SEO tools, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Google AdWords, SEM strategies, and conversion optimization techniques. Experience with Content Management Systems such as WordPress; familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and SQL is a plus. Expertise in content creation, copywriting, graphic design, and visual storytelling using Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Creative Suite. Ability to analyze data effectively to measure campaign performance and optimize results through analytics insights. Skilled in email marketing platforms and marketing automation software for campaign management. Bonus Points Experience optimizing website content for visibility in AI-powered search experiences (e.g., ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews). Proficient in using generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude) to assist with content ideation, keyword research, and content drafts. Familiarity with YouTube Ads, TikTok Ads , and Reddit Ads .
