Aftermarket Sales Manager - Texas Angott Search Group - Dallas, TX, United States

Automotive Angott Search Group is pleased to partner with a leading manufacturer and distributor serving the commercial truck and trailer industry. They are seeking an experienced sales professional to lead aftermarket and fleet sales efforts across a multi-state territory. This position offers the opportunity to drive revenue growth, build strategic customer relationships, and make a direct impact on market expansion within a highly respected organization.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute strategic territory plans to drive revenue growth and market share expansion. Manage relationships with distributors, dealer networks, and fleet customers throughout the assigned region. Identify and pursue new business opportunities while expanding existing customer relationships. Conduct regular customer visits, joint sales calls, and business reviews to strengthen partnerships. Serve as a product and industry expert by providing training, support, and consultative solutions to customers. Present pricing programs, promotions, and product offerings while ensuring consistent execution across accounts. Utilize CRM tools to manage sales activity, track opportunities, maintain forecasts, and analyze territory performance. Collaborate with internal teams including marketing, product management, customer service, operations, and supply chain to support customer needs and business objectives. Participate in trade shows, industry events, customer meetings, and field visits to strengthen market presence. Monitor market trends, competitive activity, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent industry experience. 5+ years of successful field sales experience within the heavy-duty truck, trailer, transportation, aftermarket, or related industries. Demonstrated success achieving territory sales goals and driving profitable growth. Strong understanding of distributor, dealer, and fleet sales channels. Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills. Experience utilizing CRM platforms and Microsoft Office applications. Ability and willingness to travel throughout the territory on a regular basis. Compensation $120,000.00 Job # 2296 Share
