Some brands build culture. Dallas Jameson is a rapidly growing bespoke jewelry house creating one-of-a-kind engagement rings and heirloom jewelry for clients across the country. We're not a traditional jewelry store. We don't operate like one.

We're looking for the person who wants to help shape what that becomes. About The Role This is the first dedicated social and brand hire at Dallas Jameson. Initially, you'll own social media, content creation, brand storytelling, creative direction, community growth, and content capture. You'll be responsible for helping document the business in real time and transforming everyday moments into content that strengthens the brand and drives growth. As the company grows, you'll either become the leader of our social and content department or help build the team that eventually scales it. This is a rare opportunity to get in early and help build a luxury brand from the inside. You'll work directly alongside the founder, helping shape not only what we post, but how the world perceives Dallas Jameson. Who We're Looking For You're obsessed with beautiful things. You follow fashion, luxury, jewelry, design, travel, photography, culture, architecture, and emerging trends because you genuinely enjoy them—not because it's your job. You have exceptional taste. You understand luxury, fashion, beauty, jewelry, travel, and culture at an instinctive level. You don't just consume content—you study it. You know why certain brands, creators, and personalities capture attention while others don't. You understand the aesthetic and cultural influence of figures like Hailey Bieber and the modern luxury brands that have reshaped consumer expectations. You understand why brands like Rhode, Kith, Aimé Leon Dore, Saint Laurent, Bottega Veneta, and Cartier feel different. You know how to build aspiration without feeling pretentious. You know how to create content people actually want to watch. You understand luxury, but you're still down-to-earth. You aren't afraid to move quickly, wear multiple hats, and help build something from the ground floor. You are comfortable being around cameras, clients, creators, entrepreneurs, luxury products, and high-end experiences. Most importantly, you love the lifestyle and culture that surrounds luxury brands. Responsibilities Brand & Social Leadership Own the day-to-day social media presence of Dallas Jameson Develop content strategies that drive engagement, audience growth, appointments, and revenue Maintain and evolve the visual identity and voice of the brand Build editorial calendars and campaign concepts Identify trends before they become trends Ensure content remains culturally relevant and aesthetically elevated Content Production & Creative Direction Capture day-to-day content for Dallas Jameson across all social platforms Film behind-the-scenes moments, client experiences, ring reveals, events, product showcases, and founder-led storytelling content Develop content concepts, shot lists, and campaign ideas that support both brand awareness and revenue growth Direct content creation during photoshoots, content days, launches, and special events Organize and maintain a robust content library for future campaigns and initiatives Coordinate with photographers, videographers, editors, creators, and freelancers when applicable Help shape the founder's on-camera presence and identify opportunities to create compelling content from everyday moments Growth & Community Monitor engagement and community interactions Track content performance and identify opportunities for growth Develop strategies that convert attention into appointments and sales Help build a loyal audience around the Dallas Jameson brand Help establish Dallas Jameson as one of the most recognizable luxury jewelry brands on social media Startup Operations Assist wherever needed to help the company grow Take ownership of projects without needing constant direction Help create systems, processes, and structure as the company scales Operate with a no-task-too-small mindset Contribute beyond your job description when opportunities arise Requirements Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, and emerging platforms Excellent writing and communication skills Strong eye for luxury aesthetics and visual storytelling Experience creating, capturing, or directing content Highly organized and self-motivated Comfortable working in a fast-moving startup environment Ability to think strategically while also executing day-to-day tasks Strong understanding of what performs on social media and why Ability to balance creativity with business objectives Bonus Points Luxury, fashion, jewelry, beauty, or lifestyle brand experience Photography, videography, or editing experience Experience managing creators and influencers Strong understanding of luxury consumer behavior Experience helping grow a personal or business brand Experience working directly with founders, creators, or public-facing personalities Startup Culture This role is not designed for someone looking to clock in, clock out, and disconnect.
