We are seeking a motivated and energetic Market Development Manager to help expand our presence within the hospitality industry across Houston and Dallas. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys networking, visiting hotel properties, developing new business relationships, and supporting operational growth. What You'll Do Develop and maintain relationships with hotels, hospitality groups, and prospective clients. Generate new business opportunities through networking, prospecting, cold calling, referrals, and property visits. Meet with hotel management teams to understand staffing needs and identify opportunities for partnership. Follow up with prospects and existing clients to ensure exceptional customer service. Support staffing operations and account management efforts in Houston and Dallas. Conduct on-site visits to hotel properties and client locations. Collaborate with internal recruiting and operations teams to ensure client satisfaction. Represent the company at industry events, networking functions, and hospitality-related meetings. Assist in growing existing accounts while identifying new market opportunities. Travel regularly between Dallas and Houston to visit clients, develop new business opportunities, support existing accounts, and strengthen customer relationships. What We're Looking For 6 months or more of experience in sales, hospitality, staffing, hotel operations, customer service, or business development. Experience working in hotels, hospitality, staffing, or customer-facing industries is highly preferred. Bilingual English/Spanish Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Comfortable with cold calling, networking, and meeting new clients. Self-motivated and driven to exceed goals. Professional appearance and ability to confidently represent the company. Available to visit client properties and occasionally work weekends when business needs require. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Willingness to travel between Houston and Dallas.
