We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Marketing Manager with a heavy focus on digital media to join our on-site marketing team in Dallas. This is a full-time, in-person role that plays a key part in bringing our brand to life across print, digital, and social channels. You will work closely alongside our Graphic Designer on a day-to-day basis while also partnering with the social media team to capture compelling content in the field. Key Responsibilities Support the Graphic Designer in producing menus, sales collateral, branded print assets and presentations for corporate reporting. Support the marketing team in the creation of digital assets for deployment in email campaigns. Support in the capture of photo and video content on property for use across social media platforms including B2C platforms like Google My Business. Collaborate with the marketing team in execution of content shoots. Edit and prepare visual content for social media use in coordination with the broader team. Stay current on platform trends and content formats to inform creative direction. Ensure all deliverables adhere to established brand guidelines across typography, color, and layout Maintain organized asset libraries and manage version control of brand files. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, Visual Media, or a related field Mid-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, and/or Premiere Pro) required Basic photography and videography skills with a strong visual eye Strong attention to detail and ability to uphold brand consistency across all touchpoints Excellent organizational and communication skills Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, on-site environment Prior experience in hospitality, food & beverage, or luxury lifestyle brands preferred but not required.
