Responsibilities Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok to increase engagement and brand awareness. Create, curate, and manage high-quality content including graphics, videos, photography, blog posts, and advertisements that align with branding guidelines. Utilize social listening tools to monitor online conversations, gather insights on audience preferences, and respond proactively to comments or inquiries. Manage social media management tools like Hootsuite or Buffer to schedule posts efficiently and track campaign performance using web analytics such as Google Analytics. Design visually appealing graphics using Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, or Adobe Creative Suite for campaigns, ads, and promotional materials. Implement targeted advertising campaigns on Facebook Advertising and other platforms to reach specific demographics and optimize ROI. Collaborate with public relations teams to coordinate outreach efforts, manage influencer partnerships, and enhance overall brand reputation. Conduct keyword research for content optimization to improve SEO rankings and increase organic reach across digital channels. Analyze campaign data regularly to assess effectiveness, refine strategies, and report insights for continuous improvement. Support e-commerce initiatives by integrating social media efforts with online sales channels to boost conversions. Requirements Proven experience in social media marketing management with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns. Proficiency in social listening tools (e.g., Brandwatch), social media management applications (Hootsuite, Buffer), and web analytics platforms (Google Analytics). Skilled in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator; experience with video editing is a plus. Deep understanding of SEO principles, keyword research techniques, and content creation best practices. Knowledge of digital marketing strategies including branding, public relations, Facebook Advertising, and e-commerce integration. Excellent communication skills with an eye for proofreading and detail-oriented content review. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
