Trellis Marketing Manager Houston, TX 77024 Apply Overview Position Type Full Time Category Spa Management Apply Description Position Summary The Spa Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives that position Trellis Spa as the premier luxury wellness destination, and the largest day spa in Texas. This role drives revenue, brand awareness, and guest engagement through integrated marketing efforts, partnerships, and innovative campaigns that reflect the Spa's elevated experience and market leadership. Key Responsibilities Strategic Marketing & Brand Positioning Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans to promote spa services, seasonal offerings, retail products, and wellness experiences. Position the Spa as a leading luxury destination in Texas through compelling storytelling, visual branding, and targeted campaigns. Ensure all marketing efforts align with The Houstonian brand standards and luxury positioning. Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and guest insights to refine strategies and maintain a competitive edge. Revenue Generation & Campaign Execution Drive spa revenue through promotions, packages, and partnerships that appeal to both local and resort guests. Collaborate with hotel, club, and outlet teams to create cross-promotional opportunities. Manage digital campaigns including email marketing, website updates, and paid media. Track campaign performance and ROI, adjusting strategies as needed. Influencer Marketing, Social Media & Content Growth Develop and lead a strategic influencer marketing program to elevate brand awareness and reach new audiences. Identify, recruit, and manage relationships with local, regional, and national influencers aligned with the Spa's luxury and wellness positioning. Plan and execute curated influencer visits, ensuring a seamless and elevated on-property experience that translates into high-quality content and authentic storytelling. Organize and host influencer events, media days, and exclusive experiences to generate buzz and social coverage. Oversee social media strategy and content planning across all platforms, ensuring a consistent, aspirational, and engaging brand voice. Collaborate with internal and external partners to produce high-quality photo and video content that highlights the Spa's unique offerings and scale. Develop and execute social media growth initiatives, including contests, giveaways, and campaigns designed to increase followers, engagement, and brand visibility. Monitor social media performance metrics, influencer ROI, and audience growth, providing regular reporting and insights. Stay current on emerging social media trends, platforms, and best practices to keep the Spa at the forefront of digital marketing innovation. Public Relations & Partnerships Support PR efforts including media outreach, press visits, and editorial opportunities. Build relationships with local businesses, luxury brands, and wellness partners to enhance visibility and drive traffic. Assist in securing features in local, regional, and national publications. Qualifications Qualifications Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, or related field. 3-5+ years of marketing experience, preferably in hospitality, luxury, or wellness. Knowledge of Agilysys a plus Proven experience managing social media, influencer partnership contracts, and digital campaigns. Strong understanding of brand positioning, content creation, and audience engagement. Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills. Passion for wellness, hospitality, and luxury experiences. Physical Requirements Physical requirements of this position include having the ability to: sit for extended periods, stand and walk, see and read a computer screen and printed matter with or without vision aids, enter data into a computer, operate standard office equipment, use a telephone, hear and understand at normal levels and on the telephone, speak so that others may understand at normal levels and on the telephone, stoop, reach overhead, grasp, push, pull, move or lift to 30 lbs. on an occasional basis.
