with people who want to grow their career with us! We are hiring a Director of Marketing who is a highly versatile, hands-on marketing leader to help drive the next stage of growth for our brand. This is not a "manage the agency from a distance" type of role. We're seeking a builder, operator, and creative problem solver who thrives in fast-moving environments and enjoys rolling up their sleeves to execute. The ideal candidate is a marketer with experience across brand, digital, local marketing, product launches, and in-store execution. You understand how to balance big-picture brand strategy with practical, results-focused execution, especially in growth- stage consumer brands. This role is ideal for someone who loves building, testing, learning, and scaling. We care far more about the depth and relevance of your experience than the exact titles you've held.
You'll Be Responsible For:
Create and execute marketing initiatives and promotional calendars with a strong focus on action and measurable results. Lead integrated marketing campaigns that combine brand awareness, local store marketing, digital tactics, and in-store execution. Partner cross-functionally with operations, leadership, and other departments to launch seasonal campaigns, limited-time offers, and new product introductions. Support development and execution of new store opening campaigns for both existing market expansion and new market entry. Help build and optimize the company's digital marketing ecosystem as the brand scales, including but not limited to: website development, SEO/GEO/AEO, digital & social media advertising, loyalty/rewards programs, SMS/MMS/RSC messaging, customer review tools, and digital/social analytics. Partner with external agencies and vendors while maintaining strong ownership and project accountability. Experience 5+ years of marketing experience in a broad marketing leadership role. Balance of hands-on execution experience and managing people and/or agencies. Ability to clearly articulate measurable campaign outcomes and business impact. Experience within food & beverage, hospitality or adjacent consumer-facing industries strongly preferred. Experience working in a startup, emerging brand, or high-growth company. 151 Coffee is based in Dallas, TX and founded by Mark Wattles (Hollywood Video, Firebirds Wood Fired Grill, HomeAdvisor).
