This position oversees brand management, client communications, digital marketing, recruitment marketing, food service marketing, community relations, and business development support to drive occupancy, client retention, employee recruitment, and company growth. The Marketing Director will ensure that all marketing efforts accurately represent the CHH brand, support operational goals, and maintain a professional image across all workforce housing camps and corporate locations. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Marketing Strategy & Brand Management Develop and execute annual marketing plans aligned with company goals. Maintain and strengthen the CHH and CHS brands across all locations. Ensure consistency in all marketing materials, signage, presentations, websites, and communications. Develop strategies to increase client retention and attract new business opportunities. Monitor industry trends and competitor activity. Client & Business Development Support Create professional proposals, presentations, and marketing materials for prospective clients. Support leadership with sales presentations and business development initiatives. Develop marketing campaigns that highlight CHH's competitive advantages, including housing, dining, housekeeping, transportation, and workforce support services. Assist with client retention programs and customer satisfaction initiatives. Digital Marketing Manage and oversee company websites and online presence. Ensure all website content remains current and accurate. Coordinate SEO, digital advertising, and lead generation campaigns. Monitor website analytics and provide monthly performance reports. Social Media & Content Management Develop and manage social media content across all company platforms. Coordinate photography and videography for camps, facilities, food service operations, and company events. Create employee spotlight, client success, safety, and operational content. Increase brand awareness through engaging and professional content. Recruitment Marketing Develop recruitment campaigns to attract qualified candidates. Create hiring advertisements, career fair materials, and recruitment content. Support HR with employer branding initiatives. Promote CHH as an employer of choice within the workforce housing and hospitality industries. Food Service & Operations Marketing Coordinate marketing efforts related to culinary services and dining programs. Develop materials showcasing food quality, menu offerings, and client dining experiences. Support operational teams with promotional materials, announcements, and communications. Ensure marketing accurately reflects company standards and services. Internal Communications Develop company newsletters and employee communications. Support training initiatives through visual and written communications. Assist with company events, employee recognition programs, and engagement initiatives. Reputation Management Monitor online reviews and client feedback. Develop strategies to improve customer satisfaction and online reputation. Ensure timely responses to online inquiries and reviews. Leadership & Team Management Lead and develop the marketing department. Establish marketing goals, deadlines, and accountability measures. Manage relationships with vendors, printers, photographers, and advertising partners. Conduct regular performance evaluations and coaching sessions. Qualifications Minimum 3 years of marketing leadership experience. Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, branding, and content development. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Strong project management and organizational abilities. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
